Working Holiday Scheme

If you are from Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Japan, The Republic of Korea or New Zealand and are between the age of 18 and 30 you can apply for a temporary 12 month Hong Kong work permit under the Working Holiday Scheme. To apply, you must prove that you have a sufficient amount in your bank to maintain you for the time of your stay and an onward ticket.
